Chow’s Collective is a new business collective venture bringing 521 Main Street — the former home of Misuta Chow’s— back to life as Buffalo’s first creative co-working and cultural collective.
Led by Jackson Bechtel and Colby Cihak, two longtime members of the Misuta Chow’s family, and supported by a group of former staff, friends, and loyal patrons, this project continues the creative spirit that made the space special — with a new focus on wellness, collaboration, and community.
This isn’t a bar reopening — it’s a revitalization of energy, creativity, and purpose. An inclusive, and multifunctional downtown destination where people come to work, create, and connect.
